I wish you could see the sweat in this picture, but at least the red blotchy I could pass out look is showing. One of the hardest work outs we've done to date happened today, and BOY does it feel good to have it over!

Family Game night at Team J's house :) We have to help the smallest sunshine out, which means having him sit in front of the person designated to be his helper (this person could change several times throughout the game) so that person can't see his card either. As you can see, Dad is struggling to help on this one!!!
