It thrills me to know end that my daughter truly loves what she does as her sport. To find something active that they not only enjoy but crave to do is such a blessing. I can't speak highly enough of LMA and all the joy they bring to her life every day. That to me, is money well spent!

I took a week off from any form of running, in honor of my running partner's honeymoon (I mean, who am I to run when she's certainly not able to!!) but today marks day 1 of hitting the trails again. Let's hope the summer heat doesn't do me in!!

I try to drink at least 3 bottles of water this size per day (I buy a smartwater at the beginning of the week, and use the bottle over and over and over....). Exactly how much time does it take to start "liking" water? I'm on month 5 and it's still blah!
